WHY SHOULD I HAVE A MY HEALTH RECORD?

It is BETTER – Doctors and nurses and other health professionals wont have to call other services to get your information. This will result in better and more efficient care for you and your family

It is SAFER   - Authorised doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals can see your health information, such as allergies, medical conditions, medicines and any treatment you have received.

It is EASIER – You wont have to always remember what medicine you take  and you wont have to keep telling your health story over and over.
